Clean Policies
Why we campaign for clean policies
We all want clean air and a safe climate.
Across the world, governments at all levels are recognising that the marketing of polluting fossil fuels is holding us back from a cleaner future.
Burning coal, oil and gas isn’t just accelerating global heating – it’s a major health threat to our communities. Air pollution from burning fossil fuels kills more people globally than smoking.
Yet fossil fuel companies and their lobby groups are continuing to use advertising and sponsorships to delay climate action and protect their profits.
It doesn’t need to be this way.
