Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to individuals and companies purchasing listing on the Clean Directory of Comms Declare Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

1. Listing & Membership
   • • Payment of the annual listing fee (Listing Fee) provides you with listing on in the Clean Directory on the Comms Declare website.
     • We will publish your business or personal name, logo and website link with your Clean Directory listing. Presentation of the Clean Directory is otherwise entirely at our discretion.
     • It is a condition of appearing in the Clean Directory that you are a member of Comms Declare, Inc. If you are not already a member, then by purchasing Clean Directory listing, you:
       1. declare that you will decline future activities promoting fossil fuels; and
       2. apply to become a member of Comms Declare Inc, with the rights and obligations set out in our Constitution. Comms Declare Inc | ACNC
2. Fees, Renewal & Cancellation
   • • You must pay Listing Fees annually in advance.
     • Your Clean Directory listing will automatically renew annually and the Listing Fee will be deducted from your nominated payment method.
     • We will send you a renewal notice for your Listing Fees no less than 14 days before the renewal date.
     • You can cancel your Clean Directory listing for the following year by emailing us at at least 7 days before the renewal date. Your Clean Directory listing will remain live until the end of the current listing year unless you request otherwise, in which case we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
     • If you cease listing on the Clean Directory, you will remain a member of Comms Declare, Inc. until your resign your membership or it otherwise ceases pursuant to the Constitution.
3. Refunds
   • • We will provide a refund where required by law. Membership fees are otherwise non-refundable.
     • Nothing in these terms varies or excludes any non-excludable legal rights that you have, including any rights which may arise under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Privacy
   • • We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at: Privacy Policy – Comms Declare
5. Use of Directory Service
   • • The Clean Directory is provided for lawful and professional purposes only.
     • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your listing for misuse, breaching these Terms or our Constitution, to preserve security of the Comms Declare website.
6. Liability
   • • Clean Directory listing details are provided by members, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.
     • Membership or inclusion in the Clean Directory does not guarantee increased business, enquiries, or financial outcomes.
     • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from use of the Clean Directory or membership of Comms Declare, Inc.
7. Changes to Terms
   • • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the current terms on our website. Updated terms will apply to you from your next renewal date.
8. Governing Law
   • • These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
